Delete your data

If you’re on the waitlist

Email contact@getpraxa.comfrom the address you signed up with and put “Delete my data” in the subject. We’ll remove you from the list and reply to confirm. We aim to do it within 7 days, and always within 30.

If you use Praxa

In the app you can delete:

• one call, including its recording, transcript and summary
• one caller, including every call and note saved under their number
• your whole account and everything in it

You can also email us and we’ll do it for you. When you delete your account, we remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

If you disconnect Google

Disconnecting Google Calendar or Contacts in Praxa deletes the calendar and contact data we stored. You can also remove Praxa’s access at any time from your Google account permissions.

If you were on a call with Praxa

If you called someone who uses Praxa, or Praxa called you, you can ask for your recordings to be deleted. Email contact@getpraxa.comwith your phone number and roughly when the call happened. We’ll delete the recordings and transcripts of your calls and let the Praxa user know.
