Terms
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover the Praxa website, the waitlist and the beta. By using any of them you agree to these terms. Questions go to contact@getpraxa.com.
Praxa is in beta
Praxa is new and still changing. Things may break, features may change or go away, and we may pause the service to fix problems. Praxa is an AI and it can get things wrong, so check anything important, like a booking, a price or a promise, before you rely on it.
Praxa is not an emergency service
Praxa can’t call 911 or any emergency number, and it isn’t a way to reach help in an emergency. If someone is in danger, call 911 yourself.
Praxa is always honest with callers
On every call, Praxa says it’s your AI assistant and that the call is recorded. You can’t turn this off. Praxa won’t pretend to be you or anyone else.
Your part
- Only connect phone numbers, calendars and contacts that you have the right to use.
- You decide what Praxa may do for you, like which times it may book or move. You’re responsible for the bookings and promises it makes inside the rules you set.
- Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Follow the laws that apply to you about phone calls and recording.
Things you can’t use Praxa for
- harassing, threatening or scaring anyone
- calling someone who has asked not to be called
- sales calls, robocalls, or calling lots of people at once
- pretending to be someone else, or tricking people into giving up money or information
- anything illegal
- trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service
If we see Praxa being used this way, we may stop the call and suspend the account.
Price
The beta is free. Before we start charging, we’ll tell you the price and you can decide whether to keep going. We won’t charge you without your OK.
Your data
Your calls, notes and contacts belong to you. You let us store and process them only so we can run Praxa for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete them at any time.
Stopping
You can stop using Praxa and delete your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, or if we have to shut down the beta. If that happens, we’ll give you a chance to download your data first unless the reason is abuse.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Praxa reliable, but during the beta it’s provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or always be right. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for missed calls, missed bookings or other losses that come from using Praxa, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as Praxa grows. If a change matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
